LAMINATE / Workspace
One workspace,
clear permissions.
A workspace holds your team's members, studies, analyses, reports and credits. Analysis Studio is where the work happens, and roles decide who can do what.
Who does what
- Owner: manages roles, transfers ownership and can delete the workspace.
- Admin: manages members, settings, the gateway and automation, and deletes analyses and reports.
- Member: uploads and runs analyses where the permissions below allow it.
- Everyone in the workspace can view results and open the viewers.
Permissions for members
- Upload archives.
- Manage the dataset.
- Run single timepoint analyses.
- Run longitudinal analyses.
How work moves through Analysis Studio
Upload
Add an archive of DICOM studies. Archives are de-identified when they are ingested.
Browse
Subjects, sessions and scans are listed side by side, with the analysis results below them.
Start an analysis
Choose single timepoint or longitudinal. Re-running starts a new analysis with the same input.
Follow it
Each analysis moves from queued to preparing, running, finalizing and completed. It can be cancelled while it is queued, preparing or running.
Review and report
Open the viewers, keep or reject lesions, and generate a report with a version history you can restore from.
Settings, credits and sharing
- For single timepoint analysis a workspace sets its defaults: brain extraction and AI lesion segmentation, both off unless you switch them on.
- Each analysis uses credits, taken when it is queued and returned if it fails or is cancelled. The billing tab shows the balance, usage and history.
- Invitations are sent by email and expire after seven days.
- A subject or chosen sessions can be shared with another workspace, read-only or read and write, and the share can be withdrawn.
- A deleted workspace that holds data is kept for 90 days and can be restored by support.
what it does not do
Good to know
- Credits are added by Sentinel; there is no in-app purchase.
- How many analyses run at once is set by Sentinel for your site, not per workspace.
- There are three roles. Permissions apply to members; owners and admins always have full access to the workspace.
